This legal opinion is a written opinion from qualified outside legal counsel regarding R&C Lead ing Edge LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Developer”) and its blockchain-based skill to-earn game Domino Earning World (“Game”). Specifically, the memorandum addresses legal compliance of the game with (1) United States state and federal anti-gambling laws and (2) United States federal securities laws.
