# Fixed Rent

The owner of an avatar (account) has the opportunity to post with different characteristics.

In this scenario, an owner of (NFT) simply puts his Avatar on the market for a fixed price, e.g. 50 USDT.

In this way the owner will receive the amount already embodied in the 50 USDT contract automatically, including the time in which the avatar is rented, e.g. 30 days.

In this case, once the owner has accepted the agreement and the avatar is inside the escrow wallet, the system will automatically include the avatar to the person renting; however, he/she will not be able to "recover" his/her avatar during the agreed days, guaranteeing the owners for the fixed rental period.

It should be noted that the person who rents can observe that the postulated avatars are to his liking, at the point of seeing the percentages (%) in the clothing.
