NFT avatars are algorithmically generated digital images of characters. Each NFT avatar is completely unique, with a distinct set of characteristics (i.e., clothing, hairstyles, accessories, etc.). Avatars can be female or male, but animals, such as pets, will be included in the future.

  • Games: Several cryptographic play-to-win games released in 2021 use NFT to create collectibles and items that players can own and trade on NFT marketplaces and in virtual game worlds.

  • Gambling: The gaming industry is also capitalizing on the NFT trend. For example, Gambling Apes recently sold a collection of 7,777 NFT avatars to gaming enthusiasts. Holders can participate in an exclusive online casino with contests, parties and more.

  • Community: NFT collections often have communities built around them. Owning an avatar is often a ticket to access these communities, some of which are quite exclusive. For example, a Bored Ape NFT grants the holder access to the Bored Ape Yacht Club's Discord channel and "Bathroom", as well as a number of other exclusive perks and benefits.

Status NFT avatars in an investor's collection are a reflection of that collector's digital status. For example, OG CryptoPunks' NFT avatars have become so well known since their debut in 2017 that owning even one of them and displaying it publicly is a great flexibility in the crypto community.

In DEW, avatars are virtual characters that represent players within the game. With the avatar creator, players can customize the physical appearance of their avatar, from the color of their hair to the shape of their face.

The basic avatar in DEW has a 50% win rate, which means that the player can earn a certain amount of money in the game. However, after customizing and purchasing their avatar, players cannot modify their physical appearance again.

But, players can increase their winning percentage by equipping accessories on their avatar. These accessories include clothing, shoes, jewelry and other items that can be added to their avatar's appearance. By equipping these accessories, players can increase their winning percentage and improve their performance in the game.

In short, avatars in DEW are virtual characters that represent players within the game. With the avatar creator, players can customize their physical appearance and equip accessories to increase their win percentage and improve their in-game performance.
