ACCOUNT, ACCESS AND SECURITY

Access to the DOMINO EARNING WORLD (DEW) Game tools and/or platform is through a third party private key manager selected by you through an external provider on the web3, such as metamask, binance and gmail.

Security and secure access to each account is provided only by the third party private key manager you select to manage your private key, and is at your own expense. You and the third party private key administrator you select are fully responsible for the security related to accessing the tools and all information provided by you to such third party provider such as, but not limited to, your email address or personal information such as a phone number, DOMINO EARNING WORLD (DEW) assumes no responsibility for any breach of security or unauthorized access to your account.

It is for this reason that you are advised to: avoid any use of this (password) with your selected third party private key manager that you have ever used outside of the third party private key manager; and keep your password and any related secret information secure and confidential and not share it with anyone else, it will be your responsibility to safeguard any personal or secret information that you disclose.

You will be solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account, whether or not you authorize the activity. In the event that fraud, illegality, or other conduct affecting the Agreement that is related to your account is discovered or reported by another person, DOMINO EARNING WORLD (DEW), may suspend or block your account, as described in these Terms and Conditions of Use of our services.

It will also be your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your registration password and to restrict access on your devices. You are liable for any damages resulting from your disclosure or authorization of disclosure of your password or the use of your password by any person to gain access to your account.

In case of any unauthorized misuse or access to your account, password or other breach of computer security, you agree that, due to the nature of the tools and the platform itself, DOMINO EARNING WORLD (DEW), will not be able to solve any problems that arise, where the protection of your passwords is yours alone, and this will not give rise to possible claims against our services on the platform.

DOMINO EARNING WORLD (DEW), shall not be liable for any loss or damage, or for any reason whatsoever, except for fraud on our part, shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your sharing or other loss of your private key or related information. Upon transactions using the tools are confirmed and managed through the Ethereum (ETH), polygon, Binance (BSC) networks you understand that your public address of your wallet on these networks will be made publicly visible, each time you engage in a transaction using the tools on our Gaming platform.
