Technical Support

The trained technical support team would be from Cubix's current resources. During our maintenance period, we require a 24 hour time frame to resolve any issues or bugs that may occur. However, since Domino is an NFT project, we may occasionally need more than 24 hours to resolve the issue.

For the maintenance plan, we provide you with resources that are completed and keep an eye out for necessary updates. We respond immediately to problems or bugs reported by users. In addition, we are not only responsible for updates and fixes, but can also be used for any new enhancements or changes that may be needed for DEW.

So support will be handled directly through the game website and by email.
