The Game is a skill-based skill-to-earn world simulation and domino game. To play, players must acquire an Avatar NFT, customize them through accessories, and then actively participate in various skill-based domino contests. Alternatively, players may acquire a game center NFT and play host, customizing the game center and player experience for others, in exchange for a portion of the dominos games wagers conducted at their game center. 

The Game’s in-game currency Domicoin does have real world value – as it is convertible into USDT and USDC. However, the Developer does not host or control that market. 

Nor does the Developer enable a market for Domicoin outside the game. The Game’s skill-based gameplay and utility token mechanics ensure compliance with both anti-gambling laws, as well as United States securities laws.
