# Rewards Division

This model has been simplified and automated to reduce the owners' workload. In this scenario, an owner may have 10 avatars in their wallet.

They have decided that they want to rent these avatars for rewards, however, they do not personally know any renters or scholars, all they need to do is simply create the agreement by clicking "Rent" within the Domino Earning World control panel, set the percentage of profit they wish to provide to the scholar and press "Rent". From there, your avatar is placed in the open "Rent Marketplace" where anyone can accept your offer.

Once the grantee has accepted the marketplace agreement, the manager can "take back" the avatar at any time.

It should be noted that the owner of the Avatar, is going to provide the liquidity with which the scholar is going to work, the lease term of the avatar is subject to the avatar owner, this is because the scholar may underperform as managers demand, and the manager would prefer to find someone else in the market willing to work harder.

This model incentivizes hard working scholars.

Bars of agreement:

1. Days.
2. To scholar.
3. Funding liquidity.
